SHIPPING POLICY
We are happy to provide free worldwide delivery on our products. On the invoice, you will see the delivery cost deducted from the product price.
If the product is in stock, we will usually ship it within 24 hours of receiving your order, except on weekends and public holidays.
All our products come with a complimentary craft-style gift bag. If you are sending a gift, you can add a personalized message to the package.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with the item you received, you have the right to cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days of receiving it, even if it is not faulty. To cancel your order, please contact us by email or phone and let us know your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will then send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to return the item.
You must return the item to us in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging and labels. You are responsible for paying the postage costs of returning the item, unless it is faulty or not as described. We recommend that you use a tracked service to return the item, as we are not liable for any loss or damage in transit.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days. We will refund the full amount you paid for the item, including any basic delivery charges, to the same payment method you used to place the order. If you paid extra for express delivery, we will only refund the basic delivery charge.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund, replacement or repair if you have damaged or misused the item, or if you have not followed the instructions or care guidelines provided with the item.
